The Company has undertaken and completed many Projects for Karnataka P.W.D and Irrigation Department, Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd., Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd., National Highways Authority of India, Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project, Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation, NTPC, K.L.E. Society, Belgaum and other Government, Semi-Government and Private Institutions.
The company in a joint venture with Sunway Construction BHD, Malaysia has completed two prestigious “golden quadrilateral” Projects of the National Highways Authority of India covering a distance of 82 km from Dharwad to Belgaum at an estimated cost of more than ₹ 400 Cr.
Founded in 1961 as a partnership firm, it marked the beginning of the R.N.Shetty Group. The firm was converted into a Private Limited Company on Aug 6, 2003, at ROC in Bangalore.
