- Diffusion Engineers Limited (The Company) has been in existence for over four decades and provides a wide range of products and services including the manufacture of special welding consumables, wear plates, and heavy engineering equipment for core industries and provides special and customized repairs and reconditioning services of heavy machinery and equipment. The company is also involved in trading anti-wear powders and welding and cutting machinery.
- The company has engaged in the business of providing engineering solutions to customers both in domestic and
international markets.
- The company has developed a synergistic system of forward integration whereby the company manufacture special-purpose electrodes and flux-cored wires which are utilized for manufacturing wear resistance plates (commonly known as wear plates). This forward integration helps achieve efficiency in the production process and gain competitive advantage, reduce product costs, control over supply of raw materials, and reduce the dependency on third parties for the operations.
- The company presently operates from four manufacturing units, out of which Unit I, II, and III are located in Nagpur
Industrial Area, Hingna, Nagpur – 440 016, Maharashtra, and Unit IV is located in Khapri (Uma), Nagpur
– 441 501, Maharashtra for processing and manufacturing of its products.
- The company has a dedicated DSIR-approved R&D facility situated at Unit I which is equipped with laboratory infrastructure for various
developmental activities which includes process, finished products, and other raw materials. The company has a
certificate of Accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories -
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for General Requirements for the Competence of Testing & Calibration Laboratories.
- The company has expertise in designing, developing, and manufacturing complex and specialized industrial equipment and components for OEMs and end-user industries.
- The company has been incorporated on Feb 20, 2000, ROC at Mumbai.
