The company is a first professionally managed International Cargo airline that began its business in Chennai, focusing on cargo flights to Singapore to service destinations across ASEAN countries
The Company operates in the airport-to-airport cargo carriage niche, relying on General Sales and Service Agents (GSSAs) in India and Singapore. These GSSAs play a crucial role in collecting and loading cargo.
The Company has also established agreements with selected freight forwarders to transport their cargo. Like globally renowned Air Logistics Group as GSSA representative in far-eastern countries and Taylor Logistics Private Limited, a subsidiary of the esteemed TTK Group, pioneers in aviation cargo, strengthens the company's presence in the Indian market.
Founded in 2013 by Dr. Deepak Parasuraman, a seasoned aviation industry veteran, Afcom Holdings Limited (Afcom, The Company) received the green light from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, India in 2018 to embark on its cargo airline operations.
