These disruptions have further strained the supply chain, widening the gap between demand and supply and fuelling the current price surge. In addition to this NFL plant situated in Nangal having an active capacity of 30838 TPM has undergone maintenance shutdown. According to ChemAnalyst, Urea prices are expected to rise in the global market due to the anticipated increase in fertilizer demand for the upcoming winter planting season.
