Nekkanti wins Annual Excellence Award 2018 for its highest Seafood Export turnover

Nekkanti Seafoods Limited, India’s leading processors and exporters of processed frozen shrimp products has received Annual Excellence Award 2018 for its highest Seafood Export turnover from Visakhapatnam Chamber Of Commerce & Industry(VCCI) at a function organized at Taj Gateway Hotel, Visakhapatnam. The Excellence Awards are a celebration to recognize the people and companies that have demonstrated unique vision and achievement in support of our region`s economy and the business community.

The Award was received by Nekkanti’s Finance Director M.Nagesh on behalf of the Company from the District Collector Mr. Praveen Kumar.

Speaking on the same Mr. Venkat Nekkanti,MD, Nekkanti Seafoods, said, It’s a great moment for the company to get award of such quality. Indian shrimp exports continue to do well with its exports to the US witnessing a tremendous 30%+ growth year-to-date this year over corresponding period last year as per to the US trade data.

Nekkanti Seafoods Limited is also in process to go public. Recently company got SEBI clearance for its IPO. Company is planning to raise Rs. 250 Crore via fresh issue and an offer for sale of upto 8,000,000 equity shares
