NSE has announced the upcoming board meeting on Friday, May 03, 2024 to consider and approve the annual audited financial results of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) for the year ended as on March 31, 2024. The board may also consider to recommend the final dividend for the financial year 2023-24. In the press release dated April 29, 2024, NSE also announced that the Board of Directros in the upcoming meeting to consider a proposal of Bonus Shares by way of capitalization of reserves.
