BSCPL Infra launches Bollineni Hillside project in Chennai

CHENNAI: The Hyderabad-based BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd, on
Thursday announced the launch of Bollineni Hillside project on Old
Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), one of the largest integrated residential
township projects in Chennai. Spreading across 92 acres of land, it is
located close to the lush green hill and the Arasankalani Lake.
Announcing the launch of the project, B Krishnaiah, Chairman, BSCPL
Infrastructure, said that the project will be completed in two phases and
will have a total space of 6 million sq. ft.
It will accommodate 4500 dwelling units and will have flats ranging
from 650 sq.ft. to 2800 sq.ft. including wide range of independent
houses, row houses and villas.
