Ahluwalia Contracts secures a residential bid worth INR 394.36 Crore from Emaar India Ltd

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) , a renowned civil contracts company, has bagged a contract order worth an estimated INR 394.36 Crore from Emaar India Ltd for developing a residential project named 'Urban Oasis' in Gurugram, Haryana. Urban Oasis will be developed over an anticipated IO Acres of land parcel in Sector 62 of Gurugram and includes the construction of four luxury residential towers comprising all modern amenities. It is being developed in two phases and is scheduled to be completed within 30 months of commencement. The project offers 550 residential units of 3 & 4 BHK ranging from 2110 SqFt to 3800 SqFt area.
