Notice is hereby given that the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Indian Commodity Exchange Limited (“Company”) will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024, at 11:00 AM(IST) via Video conferencing(VC)/Other Audio- Visual Means (OAVM) organized by the company to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business:

To consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for FY24, along with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditor.
To appoint a director in place of Mr.Suresh Babu Konakanchi (DIN: 07757710), who retires by rotation and is eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.
