The annual audited financial results of the Company (both standalone and consolidated) for the year ended as of March 31, 2024, will be discussed and approved at the future board meeting, which NSE has stated is scheduled for Friday, May 03, 2024. The board may also decide to suggest the final dividend for the 2023–2024 fiscal year.
The NSE also stated in the press release dated April 29, 2024, that the Board of Directors will be considering a proposal to capitalize reserves through Bonus Shares at their next meeting.
