AGS Transact Technologies Limited, on June 29, 2022, invested up to $ 500,000 in the form of Ordinary Shares in its Singapore-based wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Transact Services Pte. Ltd. (WOS), by the Board of Directors' approval received on March 31, 2021, towards an investment up to USD 1,000,000 in that WOS.
